ACTIVITY FOR BABIES

GALAXY CALM DOWN SENSORY BOTTLE

Sensory Bottles are excellent to calm down an anxious or irritated baby, actually equally calming for adults too.

Simple to make.

Required:

- A strong plastic bottle

- Baby oil

- Blue food color

- Glitters and glitter glue - silver and blue

- Stars or embellishments

.

Fill 3/4th bottle with water and rest with oil - DON'T FILL TILL MOUTH.

Add 1-2 drops of blue food color.

Add silver and blue glitter powder and/or glitter glue.

Put stars or any embellishments available.

Glue the cap- VERY IMPORTANT.

Age: #Month6 +

.

PRECAUTION: Secure the cap and don't leave child alone with bottle.

.

Watching the silver glitter settle down after shaking is simply therapeutic.

Also helps to regulate themselves by calming breathing and their emotions.
