It's normal for the breast to feel light as it is now getting emptied. Hold the breast in a c position and offer to the baby. If the baby finds it difficult to maintain the latch you can hold closer to the areola to help the baby.

Softness means milk supply is less but milk is still there. When there is lots of milk then breasts are full. Try using the other breast and also you can express milk.
