AFTER A BINGE  EATING .....

EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES-- when you take junk food  ,your body will be nutrients deprived. So fruits and vegetables are nutrients Ladden and low calorie.
WORK OUT--  To boost up your metabolism do exercise like walking , cycling etc.
MOVE ON .....
YOU CANT CHANGE WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY,

BUT YOU CAN DECIDE WHAT HAPPENS TOMORROW,
