Sweetheart,please do some exercises sitting or lying on the bed itself. Like ankle rotation,knee pushes,foot flaps..it's very important to keep those muscles alive while taking care of the baby. Levels are must to do too. All these exercises were taught to me in the hospital itself and was advised to do them regularly. Give it a try and do keep taking your supplements. Did you take massages post delivery? If not,please take some,you will really get benefitted. All the best 👍
