Post delivery many of the moms undergo such issues, I'm one of them.; 
Please chk with ur doctor, if you have any hormones issue, or chk for thyroid.; It's common. Don't panic. 
Did you chk for UTI, if it's the issue tablets will do.

Since your Dr knows the history and has checked you just ask your Dr if all is fine

After delivery I bled for a month then it stopped. But after few days I noticed blood again. Doc said it could be some injection and gave medics and it stopped. But day before yesterday I noticed brown discharge with very little new fresh blood discharge only on the pad. What could this be? Hope nothing serious
