not mdicines but calcium and iron suppliments. avoid junk and oily. have lots of green leafs , veges, dals, soya .and dairy products. drink atleast 4 ltr of water, and 1 ltr of milk daily. get ur eating habits in place and walk after every meal for abt 15-20 min.

that is cause u r burning more calories than ur intake. bfing alone can burn upto 300-500 calories per session. ur diet shud be atleast a 2000 calorie diet which includes lots of protien, healthy fats and fiber. also hopefully u r taking ur suppliments.
