Above articles are very helpful, please go through them.<br> After each meal u can chew a tbsp of ajwain properly and swallow it with mouthful of water. <br> Then sleep for some time on ur left side.<br> After feeling a little better, if u have not fallen asleep then u can gradually wake up to sit for sometime and later take a stroll around ur house itself. <br> Drinking luke warm water through out the day also helps.<br> Tender coconut water also calms heart burn<br> Ripe bananas are an instant and anytime solution too.<br> Add a cup of thick yogurt to ur meal. Make sure it is at room temperature and avoid it at night. <br> U can start ur day with a glass of overnight soaked isabgol with mishri, as it ll keep ur acidity levels down the whole day.<br> Avoid too spicy and oily food.<br> Include hing and methi in ur dishes while spluttering, or tempering or cooking the ginger garlic pastes as per the requirement of the dish.<br> Drink 4 to 5 liters of water<br> Also see that u are not constipated.
