Typically, it will take 7-10 days before the incisions and sutures heal, and getting them wet can lead to other infections and adverse effects. If the doctor used Steri&ndash;strips for the incision, don&rsquo;t try to remove or wash the glue. Let the strips fall off before you go for a warm bath. Light sponging and shower is ok but you should wait for at least 10 days before you fix a warm long bath. you should also consult your doctor as she knows your case better
