After posting healthy soup recipe 2day I made sum nutritious paratha with Italian twist...jiyan everyday comes and ask me mumma wat u made for dinner??? If I say it's roti or paratha he tells me I dnt wanna eat n he takes dry snacks n starts munching... so making him eat paratha is lil task for me but with the twist in food makes them happy n healthy. Receipe for Italian Paratha: 1/2 cup wheat flou 1/2 carrot grated 1/2 beetroot grated 50gms paneer Grated cheese 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp chilli flakes 1/2 tsp basil Salt Ghee Water if required Method: ❤️mix all carrot, beetroot, paneer,cheese and all herbs. ❤️ add wheat flour and mix all make it into firm dough ❤️Now take a small ball from the dough n roll it round shape paratha with sum wheat flour. ❤️Put it on Tawa with adding lil ghee one side n den turn it again add lil ghee on other side. Roast properly ❤️ Italian Paratha is ready Can be served with ketchup or Green mint chutney or Mayo
