After taking bath I am having a burning sensation around vagina and a little bit backache.I am 7 weeks pregnant.Can it be a sign of infection?

It is important to report this to your gynaecologist as you are in early weeks of pregnancy.This May be due to infection and your doctor may prescribe a simple tablet which will reduce the infection.
