iron tablets can upset the digestive system. try taking them on a full tummy. if vomiting persists speak to ur gyn.

I am already taking  two tables  in a day for vomiting

Take them with orange juice

i had same issue..turned out to be brand of tablet..once changed by doctor no issues..consult your doctor
