after vaginal delivery My mother in law said that you have to Crossed the legs n Keep.. if Not Air will Pass through Vagina and tummy will become big.. is it true really?

Not true. In fact of you have a vaginal birth and you have stitches in your vagina we advise that you should not cross your legs as this will not allow the stitches to breathe. If stitch area is very constricted then it will not heal fast enough
