Chubhan jaisi feeling it happens due to gas.. so have lots of fluids in your diet n fiber rich food n after every meal eat some ajwain n jeera it will definitely help you... but once consult your gyneac abt this pain..

Hope you are slow while getting up or sitting, Some times we get this if we are careless. If its too much then let your doctor know.
