Hey after taking tablets wots the Bp ?hope it's under control ...you should avoid salt n relax ...don't think too much ..chant mantras n listen to soothing music ...take care ...

For BP u shud take few precautions such as low salt diet, no achars papad chips &amp; chutney, no ketchups, sauces, high maida content food in which lot of salt is added. <br> If ur doc has permitted then go for walks, preferably early mrng walks. Take medicine properly. Pls keep check on BP.<br> Do not take any type of stress be happy listen to soothing music and relax.
