Hey after taking tablets wots the Bp ?hope it's under control ...you should avoid salt n relax ...don't think too much ..chant mantras n listen to soothing music ...take care ...

For BP u shud take few precautions such as low salt diet, no achars papad chips & chutney, no ketchups, sauces, high maida content food in which lot of salt is added.
If ur doc has permitted then go for walks, preferably early mrng walks. Take medicine properly. Pls keep check on BP.
Do not take any type of stress be happy listen to soothing music and relax.
