I can understand sometimes I also feel the same. it's a very stressful phase and we have a lot of apprehensions and doubts about Labour, delivery, health of baby n us, other issues but try not to worry; and feel positive about u blessed and being able to enjoy this wonderful joy of nature for which god has selected and blessed u and for which many face difficulty. It's not easy to bring a new life in the world and every mom has to face this, look on positive aspects and talk to ur bump, celebrate ur baby's arrival, things will get managed and fall in place and when the time comes everything will be very small n negligible in comparison to the joy u would be getting.; Try meditation, read gud books, articles related to Baby care, sleep a lot,; watch movies, listen to ur fav music. Find someone to share ur feelings, anyways mommies at babychakra are always there to help u.;

Hey dear read good books and keep yourself occupied ..<br>
Do some chanting...preferably hanuman chalisa <u>and</u> mahamrutunjay mantra coz it gives your positive vibes and drives away negativity ...<br>
Keep yourself surrounded by good people who talk positive n encourage you !!,<br>
Watch a good movie of your favourite star n relax ! Tc n all the best !!👍

Try to meditate. Listen to garbh sanskar it helped me in keeping bad thoughts away. Listening to music while sleeping will also help.

Hey anon! Weird dreams are common in pregnancy . . And even if yours was a regular conception, certain fears ALWAYS remain but don't dwell on them . . Read good books, meet your friends, watch movies . . Enjoy walks, meditate if it helps you . . All the best 💞💞
