its a jam bread dears.. 
take 2 bread for heart shape , take another 2 for diamond; .. 
give shape.. 
join both pieces with butter &amp; apply jam all over.. 
then stick the shape on single bread with the help of butter..

kid is not ready to eat regular bread butter jam, so trying this &#129303;

any guesses about what is using for upper shapes?
