heat mustard oil  put ajwain  lahsun ..once done ..let it be lukewarm warm apply on feets ,  chest .....good remedy... n like bit below nose ..tried n tested....

use one spray in each of hynasal saline <u>drops</u>

Heat ghee and put some ajwain to it and apply to baby's chest, behind the ears and foot.

apply mustard oil to baby foot and cover it wit socks.. it wrks..
