any one into feeding expressed breast milk to your baby
plz guide me through how to store it and how long does it stay fine at room temperature
and if kept in fridge what should be the temperature of the milk to be fed
plus what should be the quantity of milk to be fed to a one month old

yes lila.. do carry after talking it out from refrigerator directly... it will come to room temp automatically.

hi lila... initially I used to expressed milk and feed... at room temp you can keep milk for 4 hours.. and in refrigerator you can keep longer.. pouches fir storing milk is available or even you can store in sterilized feeding bottles... just make sure to bring the milk at room temp before feeding.. don't heat the milk directly... keep the milk container in a utensil with some water. and let it come to room temperature. <br>
and quantity is not fixed.. it depends on how much your baby takes...
