as elders said dnt try to sleep ur baby in cooler and ac...does it really affect or ol r myth...bcoz dr. never advice somethng lyk dis???

I agree with Sheeba.. if it's too hot and unbeatable...then cool the room with and then you can keep baby in that room. But don't get used to this all the time. My gal when baby use to sweat a lot..when asked to doctor, he said we can use AC. Lateron, while talking to many mom's, I came to know, babies initially sweat a lot. Till 2 hrs of age, they will sweat like anything( even in winters). That's how their skin pores will open.. Sweat is also one way body will remove toxins. But in AC baby won't sweat at all.. or the other way round.. if baby sweats.. the AC inside will cool that sweat too much and chances of cough, cold and sinus problems are more. May be I am from old school of thought. I prefer ceiling fan..instead of ac, cooler or stand fan.

u can avoid direct fan but temp at 26 as asha pointed out is advisable

its fine to use ac to keep baby comfortable..you can also cool the room beforehand and switch off ac when you bring baby in...

yes! I agree with <a href="http://app.babychakra.com/user/88635"><b><font color ="#3b5998">asha chaudhry</font></b></a> . Now day's very badly&#160; summer going on 43&#176;c doctor recommended Please keep your baby in AC room or Cooler room.make sure baby cover with clothes ...even my baby used to sleep in AC 24 temperature.His sleep very well.
