As individuals, we appreciate a baby’s sleep, but as a culture, we’re having trouble getting our babies to sleep well. Sleep difficulties in children are at an all-time high. My experience with new parents strongly suggests widespread, chronic sleep deprivation in babies.
👶🏻A lovey or soft blanket can do wonders.

👶🏻Be consistent with schedule though it will take time but the results are definitely.

👶🏻Change diaper before bedtime.

👶🏻Dreamfeed.

👶🏻Every baby is different so dnt compare their sleep pattern with other baby.

👶🏻Feed properly.

👶🏻Give time to settle back to sleep on own in night. Don't rush.

👶🏻Humming a soft melody.

Introduce new night clothes.

👶🏻know baby safety first.

👶🏻Many of the safety mistakes that parents make are because of poor decision and lack of knowledge. You need to know a lot when it comes to your baby’s safety.

👶🏻Observe for sleep cues like yawning, rubbing eyes, irritability ,crying etc

👶🏻Quirky Fixes:do watever u can to fix the problem no one will judge u. You never know what might work.
