As my baby is still 1 month old, my mom says me to have   restricted food which I am bored off 😟😟. So, plz do suggest me some tasty food, snacks that I can have at this time (only Veg) to satisfy my hunger 😊😊

yes dear...you can eat whatever you want...just check if by anything particular your baby is having gastric trouble...then avoid or have in moderation that food otherwise...have anything nut healthy :)

In our custom, till 3 month they provide restricted food for new mom  for the sake of baby.. Pre delivery I used to have variety of food Becoz of that now am unable to  resist my taste.. All these same to be boring for me 😟😟

Don't restrict yourself... U can have anything but yes in moderation. Avoid spicy food eat healthy snacks, green veggies,&#160; fruits,&#160; juices and water intake should be more. U can try oats ka chilla, <u>rava</u> dosa, poha, vegetable upma, methi ke paratha is good for ur milk supply,&#160; sago kheer...
