As now m very near to my delivery. ... I need to know for normal delivery. .... is there any technique or some procedure for normal delivery. ... may be it's weird but I need to know if dr. Says PUSH then how to push... because one of my family member was expecting an dr. Saw the head of a baby but she didn't know how to push so she had to go with c sec later as she was very tired....

I need help as m scared of both the procedures but still need to deliver my baby with normal process.
