#AskGyno .Hello Doctor. I m suffering from extreme Left shoulder pain since morning 3 AM . pain in spreading from my shoulder to whole arm specialy above elbow. .I have taken 2 pcm 1 at 4am & 2nd at 11am ,also applied diclo gel and icepack also but pain is still there...plz help me and tell what else can i do. Can i take some painkiller? #AskGyno
