Hello. Your body is now directing its nutrition to the baby. When nutrition is insufficient there is pain because the body first looks for calcium for the baby's bony growth. Start calcium and Vitamin D supplements. Also begin with vitamins. You can start with Iron post 3 months.<br> Secondly, pregnancy is a state of hyperdynamic circulation wherein there is now an increased amount of blood flowing at a faster rate. This can result in swelling in the feet and pain. Increase your water intake and try to walk for 1 to 2 minutes every hour or so (except when you sleep at night ofcourse).

Hi mommy<br> During pregnancy<br> Blood vessels are very small in your foot and ankle, so your body has difficulty accommodating the extra fluid pouring in there on the foot. Also the weight of the body falls on the legs this is cause of the leg n back pain.<br> Chk with ur doctor and practice yoga.<br> Early u start it's better so u can avoid having such issues.<br> Have a back support while sitting, to help you with the back pain.<br> You can have cold n hot compress if the pain is too much.
