At first ultrasound report there was two small intramural fibroids measuring 12.8*6.4 and 5.8*4.
Now as per NT NB Report of ultrasound
a small intramural fibroids measuring 13.1*8.5 is seen.
There is increas in measuring.
Is it OK?

Your doctor is the best judge of this as Fibroids may or may not create trouble for pregnancy depending on their side and location..so kindly discuss the course of action
