At my 19.4week pregnancy, anomaly test done. Found lower abdominal placenta. So what should I need to do for healthy pregnancy....

I had low lying placenta thru out my pregnancy. Though nothing to worry but take proper rest and do not exert yourself . I advise Lesser walking or continuously standing . Normally it shifts upwards as pregnancy progresses but in rare cases ( like mine) it doesn’t. But nothing to freak out. Pretty normal . Just be cautious

If the placenta is near os or covering os then yes you need to stick on to bed rest.. if it is just low lying then you can do daily chores but never ever lift any sort of weight, climbing or long standing or walking or intercoarse..

If anybody dont have low lying placenta during anomaly scan then is remains in that position till delivery or it can change position plz <u>tell</u>

Take rest, avoid prolonged standing, walking n lifting heavy objects. With time it will go up
