Atta ka halwa



Ingredients


Wheat flour 1 cup

Ghee 1/3 cup

Sugar; 1 cup

Water 1 cup

Chopped almonds

Cardamom powder 1/2 tbsp




Method


👉Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame. Add atta to it when ghee starts melting.

👉Saute the atta for around 15 minutes till it gets light brown in colour. It gives nice aroma.

👉Keep stirring continuously.Now add warm water and mix well.

👉Add sugar now and give a good mix.Add chopped almonds cardamom powder.

👉Mix it and switch off the flame.

👉Atta ka halwa is ready. served hot or cold.

<font color ="#3b5998"><b> @6372cbe0649d830016904995 </b></font> Always cook on low flame. If you can get freshly croase ground flour use that or add little sooji with atta to get that grainy texture.to get that texture it also depends on atta and quantity.<br>
