Atta ki suhali (whole-wheat savoury) baked..

Ingredients

1. Atta 1cup

2. salt to taste

3. Garam masala 1tsp or to taste

4. Warm ghee 4tbsp

5. Cold water as required to knead dough

6. Black pepper powder 1tsp or as taste

7. Kasuri methi crushed 1tbsp

8. Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup

Method

1. Preheat oven

2. Sieve all the dry ingredients

3. Mix ghee in sieved atta mixture

4. Now add chopped coriander leaves and kasuri methi

5. Now add cold water to make soft dough

6. Roll out very thin and cut to desired shape

7. Bake for 10-12 mins at 190

8. When cool store in air tight container..

I love suhali and so does my kids and husband but don't make it because of it being fried...

So this is the baked version of atta ki suhali....

.

.

This can be given to babies while teething just don't add Black pepper and garam masala..
