baby Ac measuring 2 weeks small at 37 weeks .. I am very confused as at my las ultrasound(30 weeks) AC measured 2 weeks big.. can this sudden lagging behind happen? pls help what I can do to increase baby weight as M almost towards the end of pregnancy.

AC is abdominal circumference. In the womb your baby swallows amniotic fluid as well as urinates. Hence the AC can fluctuate. Plus or minus two weeks is considered normal.
