Baby is 7 month old n her weight is 6.7. at birth it was 2.8. I m little worried bcz in house hold work I can’t prepare extra things. In lunch I m giving daal rice or kichdi n evening cerelac n she didn’t like sweet taste. Plz provide easy to make and healthy food chart

You can give fruits, boiled sweet potato, avocado mash, banana mash. Ragi with jaggery and milk. These will take no time to prepare. And is super rich in nutrition

If you're a nonveg . . You can start giving boiled chicken . . I pressure cooker chicken with slight pepper, one elaichi and two cloves and four whistles . . And it's done

For breakfast you can give . . Both sweet oats (boil with a seasonal fruit ) or salty oats (add bhuna jeera powder) . . You can give some sooji apple halwa as well (make it the same way you would make halwa just add grated apple instead of sugar ) .. you can give boiled veggies with rice . .

Neha by 8 months . . You can add a little ghee to food . . Also can start with tiny patli rotis . . Feed the baby <u>whatever</u> you're eating without spices and salt . . So if you're cooking alloo mattar, just take some out before you add masalas . .
