Hi Shikha it's normal and please give breastfeeding it gives immense comfort. The baby will be in terrible pain, above all till 1 year breast milk is the main source of nutrition. Do not worry about the solids. Chilled fruits , oats, crispy dosa chapati they will like to bite.
