baby is not taki g feed properly.. she has cold n cough too.. cries at d top of her voice.. giving her kofarest n nasoclear.. pls help.. too worried . cant c her crying

u can also put 3 to 4 drops of nilgiri oil on babys bathing water. It works wonders. And there is an Vicks Vaporub For Infants. it comes with a pink cap. pls buy tht.

Due to blocked nose... irritation. Sit and breast feed baby. Clean the nose with soft tissue paper rather than any cloth. As tissue paper will be very absorbent... just if u touch near nose will be enough. 1-2 drops of nilgiri oil apply on pillow where baby will sleep. ( or keep some champhor on Luke warm water in the room...but far from baby) It will help him to respirate.

it is a difficult time for babies when they have nasal block.. they tend to breathe with nose by instinct, so cannot breast feed with ease. breastfeed keeping baby upright... make baby sleep on her side, also keep baby's head a little raised. use nasal saline drops, one drop each nostril, its completely safe to use as often as required. Give steam...
