Check with the dr. to rule out infection. FM feeding babies do get infection if proper hygiene is not maintained. Even during growth spurt babies do cluster feeding. I do agree with above moms only BM, if your baby's pee count is 7+ he is getting enough.

Baby's do spit so put your baby on your shoulder after feeding n try to burp him, if he doesn't burp still it's ok keep him in that position for 20sec n pat on his back.

@5fedec01cccb6d0014097596 is right, y u felt BM is not sufficient, if your baby is gaining weight, not cranky, peeing 7-8 times then he is getting sufficient milk. If u have doubt talk to doctor and then start FM.
