Hi, back pain is very common during pregnancy because as ur baby is growing, ur centre of gravity moves forward.In order to cope up with it, we just walk by leaning back ward.The second reason is ur abdominal muscles are stretched n back myscles overstrain.Best thing to get rid of this is postural correction and doing strengthening exercises for abdomen n back. Please do not try ur own.Please consult a physiotherapist.
