Banana chapati

Ingredients

Banana 1 ripe

wheat flour 1 cup

Salt – a pinch

Water

Ghee
Direction
Mash a ripe banana and add wheat flour with a pinch of salt to it and knead well. Add more flour if the batter is sticky. You may add water for binding. Now roll out rotis; and apply ghee.cook like normal roti.
Rotis have to be made immediately as it might turn brown because of the bananas. It will help kids with constipation problems

Taste wise it is not very sweet, you can add jaggery powder if you want.
