Method

: Make a good mixture of suji and dahi ane let it settle for 10 mins

: Make a tadka of rai and kadi patta. Add salt and some chilly to it.

: Cut onion and tomatoes with a slice of

Lemon in it.

: Take a non stick and add the mixture to it. Add onion and tomatoes in the middle and cook on sim. Turn when you think it's done, similar to besan cheela .
