These are the ingredients I swear by..
Mix 1/2 cup aloevera gel, 1/2 cup of water and mix thoroughly...then add 1 tsp of organic tumeric mix well..no lumps should be formed.
Pour this mixture in ice tray and freeze.
To use rub on cleaned skin this will give you bright,glowing and clear skin.
