Just finished a; 50 min body weight only workout. This one was a combination of HIIT and Pilates targeted for the lower body by Fitness Blender.
I have come for a 3 month mini vacation at my inlaw's place in Warangal. It is so hot here I could just boil. I wish I could walk around the house just in my underwear like Sarayu. Hahaha! Alas we are kids only once.
A lot of people think that having free time is a huge advantage to workout. But I feel it's just the opposite. You tend to shirk much more when you have very less work to do and lots of time on your hands. So you need to work the double amount to motivate yourself.
I will write soon on how to work on self motivation when you feel it the least.

If you still haven't gotten your workout done, go ahead and finish it. You are going to feel so much better post that.

@5b61fbe551c9b438dddaa20d resistance bands are amazing. I have seen some superb videos online for working out with those. I wonder why you feel scared. Do you have a history of injury? Or is it the <u>exertion</u> that puts you off? Or is the pain of sore muscles? You know when I; first started working out 3 years ago, I also used to feel panicky at the thought of doing any sort of exercise. Slowly with regular practice I overcame that feeling.

Aditi I am scared of working out. I desperately need to and once in a week or once in 2-3 days I try to do it. I use latex resistance bands and I love doing it hut I don't know why km always scared about <u>it</u>
