Beetroot and Potato puree

Ingredients :
1. Potato - 1/2
2. Beetroot - 1/2
3. Water - 1 glass

Preparation :
1. Wash and peel the skin of beetroot and potato
2. Slice in fine pieces and add in the cooker
4. Allow 3 to 4 whistles
5. Make sure it is cooked well.
6. You can either mash it or blend it in a mixer
7. Pour into a bowl and feed with a baby spoon
8. If the puree is very thick formula or breastmilk can be added for thinning it

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby.
