"Beetroot Chickpea Puree

Ingredients :
Chickpeas - 1/4 cup - rinsed and drained
Beetroot - 1/2
Water - As required

Preparation :
1. Pressure cook beetroot chunks and chickpeas in separate containers.
2. Allow to cool them.
3. Blend the cooked beetroot, chickpeas
4. Add boiled water as per need to attain a puree consistency
5. Serve lukewarm and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
