Before conceiving I lost good amount of weight, I never believed in dieting or following some weird diet plan, I believed in eating right and kept feeding my taste buds. This is Finger Millet/Ragi/Nachini flour soup and this quite easy to make. Method:
Boil water in a medium sized bowl with vegetables like cabbage,carrots,capsicum and beans. Mix 1 tbs of Nachini flour in some water and pour it the boiling vegetables and let it cook, Add salt as per your taste. Add 1/2 cup of milk mix well and switch off the flame. Give bay leaf and sounf tadka with olive/canola or any refined oil. The aroma and taste is blissful.
