Before marriage I used skipping rope to reduce my weight... N it worked.. Now I breast feed my baby, I'm wondering if I use same method,, my breast will sag more,, as they bcum more heavier due to milk after pregnancy... Which method to use along walking to reduce weight... @aditi manja

Hi, it's better to avoid any high intensity exercises for atleast 5 to 6 months post delivery because it can put a lot of <u>pressure</u> on the abdominal muscles which are still weak, especially if you have had a c section. Instead you can reduce weight by walking combined with some toning exercises like arm raises, arm circles, with the help of small weights along with a good balanced diet
