Before period missed how can I know that m pregnant or not?? I feel like vomiting after eating something but I don't know whether this is due to gas or m pregnant

Hi we cant assume things because both pregnancy and periods symptoms are similar. Better to wait till the expected periods date if you miss then do the pregnancy test.
