In a bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients. Slowly add the whisked eggs and mix together until a dough starts to form.

Split the dough in two, and shape into logs on your baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-6 minutes before slicing into biscotti shapes.
Lower your oven to 160°C and return the biscotti to the baking tray. Bake for a further 15-20 minutes, until dried and golden brown. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.🤗
