Hey am a mom of twins myself. It's certainly not easy to take care of two babies when they aren't well. Cold is common in kids. Steaming is a good option. You can apply some eucalyptus oil on their clothes that will help them breathe easily. Also due to blocked nose their milk intake may reduce. So keep a check on that <u>too</u>. Keep them hydrated in this weather. R
