Hello priyanka, agar kam hai BP aur badhana hai toh sbse pehle aap bhukhe Mat rho, thoda thoda kr k khaate raho, liquids lo. Ap namak thoda badha skte ho khane me jaise ki dry fruits fried khao namak wale. Bich bich me glucose piyo.
