#breakfastideas#breakfastrecipe#healthybreakfast#tiffinrecipe Oats veggie paratha Ingredients (for 4 paratha's) 1 medium bowl rolled oats Kneaded wheat flour (normal as for chapatis) 1 bowl Chopped or grated veggies of choice (onion, green chillies, carrots, capsicum, boiled potato, spinach, methi, cabbage, beans etc) Spices as per taste (salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric, zeera powder, ajwain, Chaat masala and aamchoor) 1 tsp finely chopped or grated ginger and garlic each Chopped fresh green corriander Oil and water for cooking Method 1. Take a bowl and add oats. Now add all the veggies, spices, grated ginger- garlic and green corriander and mix well. 2. Sprinkle little water on this mix and mix well. Add little- little water till you are able to make a ball like thing out of this mix. If it's too sticky, then add Little oil. Make balls from this filling mix and keep. 3. Now using wheat dough, make normal stuffed paratha's and use this oats and veggies ball as filling. Serve crisp hot paratha's with curd or pickle. I made in breakfast today so am sharing this picture!!

@6372cbe0649d830016904995 I keep changing oil in my kitchen..like some dishes I typically will make in mustard oil..others in olive oil..also I sometimes use rice bran.. cottonseed.. sunflower..soyabean..have heard about benefits of olive oil.. Don't know how much it helps..but I do keep changing mediums and like Italian I cook in olive oil..for salads etc you can drizzle it directly..
