🎀IN THE SHOWER:place your left hand on your hip or raise your left arm. With your right hands feel your armpit for lumps.feel above and belowthe collarbone .with your finger tips of your right hands feel every part of your left breast for lumps or thicknening. Repeat the same process for right breast too.
🎀IN THE MIRROR:Inspect your breast in front of mirror in 4 different positions:with arm raised above the head,with arms at your sides, with hand on your hips,with hands on your hip and bend forward.Tighten the chest and look for lumps , dimples, sores,skin discolartion,change in nipple direction or appearances. 
🎀LYING DOWN:Place a pillow beneath your head, keep your left hand beneath your head.place the fingertips of right hand on the left breast.press firmly in small circles, starting from the outermost edge moving towards the nipple.Examine the entire breast.Gently squeeze the nipple and look for discharges. Repeatthe same on the other breast .
