'' Breastfeeding is not a CHOICE but it's a RESPONSIBILITY ''
Im here to share my talents and how 2019 was a great year....
I am a mom of 14 months old baby boy who was born on preterm. After a lot of struggles i brought him to this world. After 12 hours of labour induced, his heart beat started decreasing as i had breathing difficulties and undergone an emergency C-section.

When i breastfeed him for the first time i wanted that memory to be cherished throughout my life and i explored the ways for preserving my breastmilk.

Finally i made a pendant out of my own breastmilk. My friends who see me wearing breastmilk jewel would ask me for details about it. Some wanted to cherish their brestfeeding experience too. So i made jewells for them as well. Later i realised that each and every mom would love to save her breastfeeding experience throughout her life. So i started it as a buissness and helping moms to cherish their bond with their little one.
I was awarded by 2 organisations.

1)South India Women Achievers Awards-2019

2) The wow talents awards -2019
What is a Breastmilk Jewellery???
Well, Breastmilk Jewellery is exactly how it sounds. A breastmilk jewellery that is made from a mom's own breastmilk is very special one to a mother which commemorates her nursing journey and serves as a reminder of her selfless gift.

I am Thaarikha,(21) a mother of 15 months old baby boy. Im a Lactation consultant student and also a budding Lawyer.

I do this enormous job of transforming mom's Liquid Gold (Breastmilk) into beautiful jewells and keepsakes using various metals like, gold, silver, white gold and rose gold etc.

Usually i make chain with pendant, rings, earrings etc but now you can also get bracelets, pandoras baby jewells and keepsakes as well. I can give shape to Breastmilk in any way the mother wants, to cherish their bond with their little one throughout their lives.

These jewells can also be made from

* Breastmilk

* Baby's umbilical chord stump

* Baby's first locks of hair

* Baby's milk tooth

* Baby's first clipped nails

* Ashes (cremation)

* wedding flowers and funeral flowers etc

Only 2-3 teaspoons of Breastmilk is what needed to make a single piece of jewell. I also send the Breastmilk packing kit to the customer's location for collecting Breastmilk safely from them, so as to avoid leakages. The milk that the moms send me doesn't need to be freshly expressed, they can send their frozen (pumped) Brestmilk or even milk that has gone bad.
I have also done a memorial keepsake using a 10 yrs old child's ashes which a mom gave me 6 years from her child's loss. I felt heavy hearted and successfully made her memorial pieces and sent her. The moment i had my finished product in my hands was the most enormous minutes in this world.

I really feel blessed to return the ashes as a jewell to a mom to cherish her baby's memories and wear it throughout her life...

As a budding LACTATION CONSULTANT, i don't only know the mere value of Breastmilk and Breastfeeding, but also give additional care and encourage moms to exclusively Breastfeed their babies and do free online advises for my customers(Breastfeeding moms) to increase their supply.

I aslo collect breastmilk from the donor's location and hand it over to the nearby govt hospitals. For it should be used to the NICU infants.

I consider breastmilk Donation as the biggest and most enormous donation in the universe as an Infant's belly is designed to digest breastmilk alone and not formulated milk.

Above all, I say: 'Breastfeeding is not a choice, but its a RESPONSIBILITY!! '

So cherish that Responsibility throughout your lifetime using these jewells and DNA keepsakes....😍 #thaarikhasalman #bbcreatorsclub #breastfeeding #infan _tnutition #lactation _consultant #pregnancy _fitness #throwback2019 #Lookback2019 #breastmilk _jewellery
