Breastfeeding stays a mystery of all times at every stage of a womans life. Be the kid be a newborn or 5 month old.
There are so many free advises pouring in from all directions that keeps you perplexed! No matter how many times you reiterate to yourself that your body is smart and will optimize it for Baby
BUT..
You doubt yourself everytime somebody says the contrary when the real issue is far from Milk supply issues..
It was just yesterday,The maid aunty was saying,' abto upar ka dudh dede beta ise,ye badh rahi hai aur tere dudh se pet nahin bharta hoga iska'..
Though i didnt gave much of a thought to it,but perhaps it got fixated in my subconcious somewhere..And then there comes the night when i actually thought my bm has started falling short for my munchkins tummy and i fed her..fed..fed..fed..burped..even then she

was crying..then whatever i managed to pump during the day,I fed her that too..she was still crying,Now while trying to burp her..the entire feed came up as volcanic vomit..ergggghh..Huh..
I do a lot of eating to make this milk up and she takes seconds to vomit..And then i realized,its not hunger but she is trying to sleep and she is unable to..Huh..Sometimes,you just learn stuff And for that you have to leave behind your pre conceived notion which gets seeded by Those free advises!!!
So,Ladies..Lesson learnt and got to inculcate in our DNA..
OUR MILK IS SUFFICIENT FOR OUR BABIES..there are other factors you must consider before you think otherwise!!
